Brooklyn has the largest population of Haitian immigrants in the United States. Following the earthquake which devastated the country, the Junior League of Brooklyn has partnered with Haitian Women for Haitian Refugees to collect supplies to be used in the rescue efforts.

Medical masks • Tylenol; Children’s Tylenol Pain relievers -Sedatives • Anti-fungal (Mycology) creams Blood Pressure kits • Anti-allergy medication Glucometers and strips • Eye Drops Gauze • Insect repellent Bandages • Soap and deodorant Iodine • First-aid materials Splints • Wound treatment Alcohol and alcohol wipes • Cold and cough medicine Sterile Gloves • Sanitary Napkins
